Ordering
The simplest way to place an order with us is via our website. You may also email or mail your order to us. There is no minimum total order value and all orders over $150.00 will be delivered FREE of charge!
Email Order
If you would like to place your order by email please send your order to orders@cashmereevents.com.au, we aim to respond to all emails within 15 - 30 minutes.
Payment
We accept a wide range of payment methods, including PayPal for all Credit Card and Debit Card payments, Cheque / Money Order and Direct Bank Deposit.
PayPal / Credit Card Payments
All Credit Card and Debit Card payments are processed via PayPal. For all Credit Card and Debit Card payments we only accept Visa and Mastercard. All payments will be processed on the day your order is placed. The total amount of your order is to be paid at the time of the order and goods will only be forwarded once the payment has been cleared.
Anyone with a an email address can pay for their order online using PayPal. When completing your checkout you will be re-directed to a secure PayPal hosted payment processing site. You can pay using your credit card, debit card or your own PayPal funds if you are already a PayPal member. You do not need to be a PayPal member to use this option. One-off payment transactions via PayPal are possible without registering.

When paying via Direct Bank Transfer please use your order number or name as reference.
Please note that payments via Cheque / Money Order or Direct Bank Deposit which are not received within 5 working days (and one follow-up email) from the date of the order will be cancelled. Cashmere Events does not accept deposits or part payments.
