Ordering

Placing an order with us is super easy! You can place your order online, by phone or email. There is no minimum total order value and all orders over $100.00 will be delivered FREE of charge!

Secure Online Ordering

Here at Cashmere Events we use EWAY Payment Gateway to process all online payments. This provides secure online payments using credit cards via the internet. We only accept VISA and MasterCard. All credit card payments are handled using an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) service, ensuring your details are safe.

Phone Order

To place an order by phone please call 0421 777 773. If we are unavailable to take your call please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Email Order

If you would like to place your order by email please send your order to orders@cashmereevents.com.au, we will try to respond within 15 - 30 minutes.

International Orders

We will gladly ship our products internationally. Please send all enquiries to info@cashmereevents.com.au. We will respond as soon as possible with product availability and shipping fees.

Payment

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including: Secure Online Payment (EWAY Payment Processor), PayPal, Cheque / Money Order and Direct Bank Deposit.

Secure Online Payment

For credit card payments we only accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit card payments will be processed on the day your order is placed by EWAY. The total amount of your order is to be paid at the time of the order and goods will only be shipped once payment has been cleared.

PayPal

Anyone with an email address can pay for their order online using PayPal. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to a secure PayPal-hosted payment processing site. You can pay using credit card, direct debit, or using your own PayPal funds if you are already a PayPal member.

Note: You do not need to be a PayPal member to use this option. One-off payments using your credit card via PayPal are possible without registering with PayPal.

When paying via Direct Bank Transfer please use your order number or name as reference.

Please note that payments via Cheque / Money Order or Direct Bank Deposit which are not received within 5 working days (and one follow-up email) from the date of the order will be cancelled. Cashmere Events does not accept deposits or part payments.
