Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions "Cashmere Events, We or Us" means Cashmere Events ABN 15 137 610 350 and "you" means the person placing the order with us.

Please be aware and read the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

  1. We do not accept refunds on products that were incorrectly ordered. Refunds will only be provided to products which are defective or faulty;
  2. If you receive a product that is faulty contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order;
  3. We do not accept refunds, returns or cancellations on all products that has been worn or deemed able to be worn.

We will not be held responsible nor do we give any warrant in respect to any materials, food products, drinks or other products we sell which may give arise to:

  1. Any adverse affect on any person due to allergy or intolerant reaction arising from that person's consumption of any food products, drinks and toys;
  2. Any damage suffered by any person using any materials supplied by us;
  3. Any damage suffered by any person in the conduct of any game or activity supplied by us;
  4. Any loss or damage to any material and goods including food and drink agreed to be supplied by us where damaged occurred in transit, during shipping or any other manner after the products has left the offices of Cashmere Events.

You the customer hereby indemnify Cashmere Events against all claims, actions, suits, demands or costs made on or against Cashmere Events by any person arising from the provision of any goods and materials including food and drink supplied by Cashmere Events

Cashmere Events reserves all rights under trade mark and copyright law.

Privacy Policy & Security

Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to keeping your personal details private and secure. Your personal information is only collected for us to process and deliver your order, inform you of special promotions and important changes to our website. We do not sell or loan your personal information to others. Only the minimum information we require will be requested of you.

Personal financial information is collected in order to confirm the identity of the customer. By placing an order with us you consent to certain information being passed onto a third party where necessary, including credit card companies to process orders and courier companies to facilitate the delivery of our order.

All personal information provided during ordering is protected through encryption and transmitted safely over the internet using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

Pricing

All prices on our website are shown in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate. The prices quoted on our website are current and we reserve the right to change any prices without notice.

Out of Stock Items / Back-orders

Product availability is updated frequently, but should the product be 'out of stock' at the time of processing your order we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the following options:

  1. Hold the order and delivery items when all products are in stock;
  2. Deliver the order now and the out of stock items when they become available at our expense;
  3. Cancel the order for that product and receive a refund; or
  4. Choose a substitute product.

Note: For substitute products, if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference. Likewise, if the item is priced lower than the original item, we will provide you with a refund for the difference.

Promotional Coupons

Promotional / Discount coupons are only valid within the specified time frame as outlined on the promotional material. Any orders received after the last promotional date will not be processed.

Promotional coupons must be used in a single transaction and are valid for single-use only.
