Wrapping & Delivery
We strive to have all orders packaged and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, providing all items are in stock. Notification will be provided if for some reason there is a delay in the delivery due to stock availability. Delivery usually takes approx 1 - 5 business days.
We will arrange to forward all orders using either Australia Post or a Courier Service. You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery. Delivery is at a flat-rate of $10.00 nationwide for up to 3kg. In the event that your order is over 3kg, we will contact you and advise of any additional shipping fees incurred.
We understand that the environment is an important resource which needs to be sustained and we're doing whatever we can to help. As a result we do not provide hard copy invoices and all ordersĀ are dispatched using recycled package boxes. All invoices are provided in an electronic PDF format and will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.
All orders over $150.00 will be delivered FREE of charge!
Exchange / Refunds
In accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been placed and payment has been received there will strictly be NO REFUNDS unless an item is faulty.
We are happy to provide exchanges, however the fees and/or costs associated with the return of the product and re-shipment of theĀ order will be at the expense of the customer.
Public Holidays
As an online business we are open 24 hours a day, 7 day per week. This means we are also open on Public Holidays! However there will be no deliveries (domestic or international) during Public Holidays. Orders will be dispatched immediately after the Public Holiday.
