Wrapping & DeliveryTimingWe strive to have all orders packaged and shipped within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, providing all items are in stock. Notification will be provided if for some reason there is a delay in the delivery due to stock availability. Please also allow 1 - 3 working days for delivery. Special Orders - all products that are classified as a 'Special Order' will require a minimum of on weeks notice. Australia Wide DeliveryWe forward all orders using either Australia Post or a courier service. You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery. Shipping fee is at a flat rate of $10.00 nationwide for up to 3kg. For small orders of one or two items please do not hesitate to contact us as we can re-calculate the cost of delivery. In the event that your order is over 3kg, we will contact you and advise of any additional shipping fees incurred. We understand that the environment is an important resource which needs to be sustained. As a result, we will be dispatching all orders in recycled packaging boxes to help minimise our carbon footprint, furthermore $0.50 from every order will be forwarded to Planet Ark. All orders over $100.00 will be delivered FREE of charge!. International DeliveryWe are happy to deliver internationally using Australia Post Air Mail. The shipping fee will be calculated after your order has been processed. For all international orders please email us. Gift Wrapping ServiceIf you order contains a gift we provide gift wrapping free of charge! We will cover your gift in stylish wrapping paper and coordinated ribbons. Gift Card Messages are also available free of charge. Please advise this in the 'Additional Information' section when completing the checkout process. Public HolidaysThere will be no deliveries (domestic or international) during public holidays. Orders will be delivered either the working day prior to or immediately after the public holiday.
